Are holidays and summertime a challenge to you? Are you in need of revitalisation? A good tip: spend some time with things that were not made or thought up by man. Observe insects in the grass, twittering hedge sparrows, the rippling water of a brook or bumblebees on a mint bush in bloom. Crush a twig of lavender between your fingers, nibble some grains along a wheatfield. In just one day you can come closer to yourself, looking less at yourself and living more freely, as if by miracle. Second tip, nice to know, now or never: the few weeks before August 15th are the best possible time of the year to pray to some form of the Divine Mother like Mother Mary – or to our Mother Earth, yes, it’s possible. eRegards from Lydia

Full moon meditation 18th July 2008

Master Morya,

“It is good to share your concerns with others; to occasionally open windows and doors to the world, to create the possibility as it were to allow renewal into your life and to come to inner peace with what you have. When you open up to new things, all sorts of things can come in indeed, but take care to wield a correct understanding for your own life. When you come to love from out of yourself, when you live in a pleasant way and feel ‘I want to mean something to my fellow man to, I want to be loving, live with a warm heart and responsibly’, then you are reaching a correct understanding about what is possible and what isn’t.

Don’t be afraid about the coming time. Don’t continually think ‘oh my, all these disasters coming…’ No, live from out of the light and service-mindedness. Live from the warm-heartedness of your life. And when you do things for your fellow man, consider that your fellow man should also feel good about what you do. Love can be receptive to God’s grace and can make it develop between people. It is very important to be firmly rooted in life, not to go thinking ‘this will once’ or ‘that will once’, no, live close to yourself, in the Present, and look at what you can do. Because when you act from out of love, as a consequence peace will come in the hearts of people and they will be able to understand what love stands for. In yourself you will gain more and more clarity about your aspirations and it will be possible for issues to be developed in a good way.

When you find it hard in your life, don’t blame anyone – not you, nor anyone else –, but be loving and be willing to do a number of things from the love of your heart, not to be rewarded, but to realize what this fundamental attitude means and what it means to live like that. Many things are possible, don’t be agitated in the coming time.” Master Morya © Geert Crevits, www.morya.org

News:

The Belgian summer holidays started on 1st of July. This means there is no more school for Laura, the youngest inhabitant of this house (she’s 17 and has Down syndrome). It also means that every day, several hours are now spent doing things with her – playing, walking, cycling, going out on small trips, etc. As for the rest of the time, the work continues. One of the Dutch websites (www.hetleven.be) received a make-over, both in lay-out and contents. Several books (Dutch and German) are in the process of getting ready for printing within a few months. Let’s pray the work may continue smoothly…
