Dearest eNewsreader,

What is there in the heart of God? What happens in your heart when you want to help someone? Can a person actually ever really do something for someone else? What is the right attitude to do something for each other? Where does my life come from? Is bad luck unfair? Is my fate just? Do we need each other? Should I feel guilty for the suffering of others? How can I be happy in spite of the imperfection of my own existence? So far my and other people's musings concerning the phenomenon called 'family constellation' (in other words, a modern healing in group, with a lot of care and love). e-regards from Lydia.

Full moon meditation by Master Morya
for the full moon of 22nd March 2008

Master Morya,

"The light that comes in your life is important, to be able to do things not from your thoughts, but from out of a deel feeling about Life. In reality you might spin out your life in every direction, feeling 'this needs to be done, and that, and certainly also that', but when you live like this, you don't know where you are. Try to concentrate on that which is obvious innerly. Try to give yourself to the Divine Light. That means that you are then taking steps in confidence. Because you cannot always see what it means, but as you go, a deep feeling arises, a deep feeling of unity, of being involved in a different way. And this as such creates clarity. It is very important to stand in your confidence. What you feel inside your heart is very important, even though you can't immediately see its consequences. But by staying true to yourself, to the deep things of your life, you are making things clear, you are bringing them inside the light, you are solving difficulties.

It is important to try and go forward in a simple way, not with everything at once, but from out of the honesty of your heart, and gradually learning to know what this means. You don't have to look for balance - it will come. Because when you bring the things into the light of your heart, you will know clearly what they mean. Don't worry about your life, but live and try to live to the full. M.M."
