Meditation for the full moon of 26th June 2010:

Master Morya,

It’s good to make a considerable effort to propose simple things to yourself, to maintain that you can go into things rather radically if necessary and to know what you really want. Because when you feel an inner battle in yourself, you can only perform halfway. Because first you are doing this, then something else, and it’s important to sometimes look at what you really want. Not ‘what do the others want from me?’ but ‘what is it that I want?’

And because you are sometimes beset by inner commotions, feeling like you cannot reach yourself or you don’t feel satisfied in your life, you might hesitate and linger and think ‘I can’t do anything and I’m worthless’. Saying this, you are in fact breaking yourself down. You should know that you are good people and that you can do important things on this Earth. And suppose it’s difficult for you, don’t think, ‘now is the time to take care of everything at once.’ No, you should dare to be calm and not deal with everything simultaneously. And try to climb out of the dumps – that you can reach the feeling that important things càn be done and that it’s not only depending on you, but that there is a possibility of deliberation, a possibility of structure.

When you know within yourself, ‘this and that is important’, then fight for it and know that you are good people, I want to repeat that, and that you can be in touch with yourself. So in other words, you don’t need anyone else to know what you want and to take this as a starting point to take action in your life. Know that there can be important things in your existence and that you don’t have to be subject to any circumstances whatsoever, but that you can learn to master these and that you can learn to live your own life.
