August 2011

Dearest reader,

The days before 15th August are the best days for praying. I repeat myself every year around this time to say the same thing again.
Can't concentrate? Can't pray? Ask for help from nature, it works! Go to the forest for example and look for a piece of naturally cast off bark (for example from a fallen branch or from a dead tree), clean it up and take it home. Give it a place as a miniature home shrine for Mother Earth. Put some carefully selected leaf or flower in your curved bark, with all your feelings and prayers. This too is the path to the heart, it brings you closer to yourself and the Creator. Fond eRegards from Lydia

Message for the full moon of 13th August 2011

Master Morya,

It's important to occupy yourself with certain matters in a precise manner, so you know, 'I'm doing my best to get certain things right in my life.' Because the point is not to be careless and then think, 'I'll fix it afterwards.' No, you should learn to concentrate on things which are important and try to do them as well as possible right from the start, and then afterwards you can make small corrections, but not so that this becomes a big work. Because when you are careless you might have to invest 10 times more time in things just to be able to get them right and when you start with a good basis, when you gain an understanding in certain matters, when you want to be clear for yourself, when you know inside, 'when I've done it, I will have found a greater calm in my life,' then you will indeed get ahead in a good way.

So try to be calm in your life and know, 'I did my best, I have a good feeling about what I'm doing.' When you are dissatisfied inside and tensions are piling up in your life, you might be taking the wrong decisions and so be obliged to always try and catch up with certain events while you start thinking 'I'm not doing it right, I can't do it right, I can't cope with my life' and then you get into serious trouble and all of that is unnecessary. It's important to be alert, to take small steps ahead in your life, to know what you want and to reach inner peace with your life.

Suppose there are certain matters you really can't cope with, then think about them how you can bring them to a certain form or order in your life, so you know, 'this can be important and this too and that too and I will make room for that now, I will make time for it so I can include certain things in my life.'

It's good to bring variation in your life, to conquer a certain fear and to set a number of things clear as it were, so that you feel, 'when I'm done with those, I know that I will have taken a step forward in my life.'

It's good to search for balance, to introduce a number of points of support into your endeavours, to feel you don't need to blame yourself in any way, to have the idea that there can and may be important things in your life, to feel that you stay with yourself when things are difficult and to have the idea that things can be important in different directions because you know, 'I'm in a process of development, of growth, of possibilities to handle things in a new way,' and in that sense it is also important for you to dare to be calm because then you know what you can handle and what not.

When there are matters which are difficult and at the same time very sensitive, don't be busy with them all the time. Make some time every once in a while to concentrate on that, but not all the time. Master Morya
